This course will develop your knowledge and understanding of customer service as part of preparation for, or introduction to, working in a job role that includes interacting with customers.
Units may include:
Students are expected to have at least a Level 1 qualification in English, which will be assessed before starting this course.
This is a distance learning course. Assessment must meet the requirements of the identified assessment strategy/principles. All learning outcomes must be met to achieve a pass.
This qualification is online only so you can study at your own pace, in your own workspace. This qualification includes 160 guided learning hours.
After successfully completing this course, you could go on to study a Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service or a level 3 Diploma in Customer Service.
