Our Adult Learning Hub is conveniently located in Arundel Street, in the heart of Portsmouth, close to the centrally located Commercial Road – a thriving retail hotspot with shops, cafes and regular market.

Flexible learning to suit you
Our Adult Learning Hub offers a range of accredited and non-accredited courses for anyone interested in furthering their learning. You can enrol at any time and study at your own pace in the Hub's relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Learning is mostly through easy-to-follow workbooks that take you through an entire course in simple steps. Helpful and supportive tutors with plenty of expereince are on hand to provide assstance whenever you need it. Our Adult learners enjoy a wide variety of learning, including areas such as Digital Skills, Art for Wellbeing and Childcare for Adults.
We also offer a wide range of courses that could help you gain employment. We have our own careers specialists, who will actively seek employment opportunities for you. We can help improve your IT skills, CV writing and much more. In addition to the course on offer, we can help you improve your chances of finding work with short courses tailored to meet sector requirements.
Community learning
We run courses at more than 70 community venues in Portsmouth, making learning more convenient for you. Venues include community centres, hospitals, day centres and residential homes. Where to find us
Located on Arundel Street in central Portsmouth, our Adult Learning Hub is adjacent to the shopping area of Commercial Road. As a result, our Adult Learner Hub is within close walking distance to many car parks, particularly the car park on Crasswell Street.
If you're travelling by bus or train, we are just a 4-minute walk from Portsmouth and Southsea train station which offers regular services across Portsmouth and further afield. The area is also serviced by many buses. We recommend checking individual service providers for the most up to date routes, timetables and pricing.

Our Adult Learning Hub is open to anyone aged 19 and over who is looking to return to education, gain new skills or improve their career prospects.
