Autocare Technician apprenticeship (Level 2)
Description: Established in 1973, AMK has over 250 contract hire vehicles and employs over 400 staff, working with organisations and authorities including Hampshire and Surrey County Council.
You’ll assist with vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections, learning to use workshop tools safely and carry out basic mechanical tasks as your skills develop. You’ll help keep the workshop clean and organised, follow instructions and learn best practices while building your knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics and maintenance.

Wage: £15,600 to £24,784.50 a year (dependant on age and character)
Working Week: 37.5 hours per week
Expected Apprenticeship Duration: 2 ½ years (30 months)

Description: Bedhampton Tyres is a local garage offering tyres, mobile tyre fitting and interim, full and major car servicing in Bedhampton and beyond. With many years of dedicated service, the team uses advanced equipment to provide automotive and tyre-related services. Skilled mobile technicians arrive in fully equipped vans to provide quick, reliable tyre assistance at your preferred location.

Installation and Maintenance Electrician apprenticeship (Level 3)
Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Renewables Electrician to join our growing team. This entry-level apprentice role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in clean energy. You will work alongside experienced, fully qualified electricians to install, test, and maintain modern green-energy systems across domestic and commercial properties.
About the role:
- Solar PV & Battery Storage: Assist in mounting solar arrays, running AC/DC cabling, and installing hybrid inverters and storage batteries.
- Heat Pumps & AC: Help wire air-source/ground-source heat pumps, air conditioning units, smart thermostats, and heating controls.
- EV Chargers: Install home and commercial EV charging units, including cable containment, isolation switches, and smart load management.
- Core Electrical Work: Execute first and second-fix wiring, install containment (conduit, trunking, tray work), and assist with circuit testing.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow safe isolation procedures and adhere to Health & Safety standards on all work sites.

Plumbing & Heating apprenticeship (Level 3)
Description: Our engineers specialise in a comprehensive range of plumbing and heating services, including boiler installation, boiler repair and maintenance, complete central heating systems, underfloor heating, fixing leaking faucets, and much more. Working across several industries from domestic, commercial and defence sites.
About the role: At Newway you will work under the supervision of experienced team leads and gain hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing Plumbing and Heating Systems in the following areas:
- Installation: Learn to install and service heating systems.
- Repairs: Carry out day-to-day repairs, including fault finding and troubleshooting.
- Inspection and Testing: Inspect and test installations, ensuring they meet safety and compliance standards, and learn to complete relevant certification.
- College Training: Attend a day release programme at a local college to enhance your theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
- Safety Training: Train in a safe environment adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Relationship Building: Develop great working relationships within a strong support network, giving you the opportunity to build your confidence and skills.

Plumbing & Heating apprenticeship (Level 3)
Description: Join Hartville Gas Services as a Gas Engineer Apprentice and learn alongside experienced engineers across domestic heating, plumbing and gas work. This hands-on role will give you practical experience in customers’ homes, supporting installation, servicing, maintenance and repairs while developing the skills and knowledge needed to become a qualified Gas Engineer.
About the role:
- Assist with boiler, central heating, gas appliance and associated pipework installations, servicing and repairs.
- Support basic plumbing, fault finding and other mechanical services, including air conditioning where appropriate.
- Prepare, load and organise tools, equipment and materials for jobs.
- Use tools safely, follow health and safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organised.
- Complete apprenticeship coursework, training and assessments as required.

Property Maintenance Operative apprenticeship (Level 2)
Description: Rowlands Castle Builders is a friendly and experienced team with over 14 years in the industry, specialising in carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms, home extensions and a wide range of building work. This is a great first step into the construction industry for someone who is hands-on, keen to learn and ready to develop their skills. You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople on a variety of property maintenance and construction projects.
About the role:
- Assist with carpentry and general property repairs and maintenance.
- Help with kitchen and bathroom installations.
- Support extension and refurbishment projects.
- Keep job sites safe, clean and well organised.

Property Maintenance Operative apprenticeship (Level 2)
Description: PCD Building & Property Development delivers residential building and property projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality workmanship and a strong client experience. Projects range from kitchens, bathrooms and renovations to extensions, loft conversions, groundworks, drainage and landscaping. The business also purchases and develops land to provide residential housing in the local area, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across a varied range of projects.

Wage: £8 per hour
