Childcare Assistant
Childcare Assistants look after and teach children in nursery and childcare settings.
Main responsibilities:
- Support children’s learning and development though play and structured activities
- Build trusting relationships and respond to children’s emotional needs
- Supervise play, lead group games, and help with snacks and refreshments
- Promote children’s wellbeing by encouraging expression and providing a safe environment
- Work closely with parents, carers and colleagues to support each child’s progress
Salary range:

Nanny
Nannies look after children’s day-to-day needs in the child’s family home.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide daily care including feeding, bathing and dressing
- Play fun, educational games to support learning and development

Primary School Teacher
Primary School Teachers help young people learn and develop essential skills.
