If you have an interest in developing your knowledge of your own or others' wellbeing - then this Level 1 Certificate in Wellbeing course may be for you! There will be a range of flexible units to suit your individual circumstances and interests.
Units may include:
- introduction to stress and stress management
- develop an awareness of mental health
- personal safety awareness
- introduction of the importance of healthy eating and drinking for adults
- understanding eating disorders
- diabetes awareness in health and care.
No formal qualifications or previous experience is necessary to enrol on to this course.
This course can be started at any point during the year, allowing you to learn in your own time, in your own space, and at a pace that suits you.
You will receive a set of high-quality course materials for you to keep and use as a reference.
After finishing this course, you could go on to study a Level 2 Certificate in Mental Awareness.
