For young people looking to begin a career in the engineering, manufacturing, processing and control sector, T Levels are a high-quality, work-focused alternative to A Levels, offering new routes to employment or further learning.

This course is designed to increase your employment and progression prospects by having extended hands-on experience in real-life healthcare science work placements, in which you will be supported by an expert. By completing this industry-recognised qualification, you can progress onto many different roles as a healthcare science associate, ranging from life sciences (such as infection science and blood sugar) to genomics, clinical pharmaceutical science and engineering.
Five GCSEs at grade 4 or above including English, maths and science.
Some lessons will take place in our classrooms. Each T level also includes an industry placement that lasts at least 45 days. This will give you an excellent insight into the industry, as well as developing your key skills and knowledge. Assessment is through a combination of externally set exams, an employer set project, final practical assignment and employer observations. You could receive an overall grade of Pass, Merit, Distinction or Distinction*
This course is full time for two years and you are required to complete a 45-day minimum industry placement.
You could progress to a degree, an apprenticeship, or into employment.
