Units may include:
- information, advice and guidance practice
- the interaction skills required
- signposting and referral
- benefits advice work
- refugee, immigrant or asylum seeker advice work in practice.
At least a Level 1 qualification in English, which will be assessed before starting this course.
This qualification is online only so you can study at your own pace, in your own workspace. It includes 114 guided learning hours.
This is a distance learning course. Assessment must meet the requirements of the identified assessment strategy/principles. All learning outcomes must be met to achieve a pass.
You could progress to Level 2 or 3 qualifications in counselling skills, customer service or information, advice and guidance.
