This course is either for personal development or an induction programme to develop knowledge and understanding, which can be applied in the workplace and will be of value to employers. It's designed to raise awareness of issues around equality and diversity whether in society, the workplace or the community.
Students are expected to have at least a Level 1 qualification in English, which will be assessed before starting this course.
This qualification is online only so you can study at your own pace, in your own workspace. This qualification includes 180 guided learning hours.
This is a distance learning course. Assessment must meet the requirements of the identified assessment strategy/principles. All learning outcomes must be met to achieve a pass.
After successfully completing this course, you could go on to studying a Level 3 Award in Equality and Diversity.
