This course is ideal if you would like to develop the knowledge and understanding required to successfully lead a team. This qualification will focus on the study of leading a team in a business environment.
To be awarded this qualification, students are required to successfully complete three mandatory units.
- Principles of team leading
- Understand business
- Understand how to communicate work related information.
Then five optional units from:
- Understand customers
- Understand how to deliver customer service and resolve problems
- Principles of equality and diversity in the workplace
- Understand how to develop working relationships with colleagues
- Understand health and safety procedures in the workplace
- Understand how to develop and deliver a presentation
- Introduction to coaching
- Introduction to mentoring
- Understand how to manage performance.
No formal qualifications or previous experience is necessary to enrol on to this course.
This course can be started at any point during the year, allowing you to learn in your own time, in your own space, and at a pace that suits you.
You will receive a set of high-quality course materials that will be yours to keep and use as a reference.
