This course will develop your knowledge and understanding of team leading so you can progress to other qualifications or employment, including apprenticeships.
Units may include:
- principles of team leading
- understand business
- understand how to communicate work-related information
- principles of managing performance and conflict in the workplace
- understand customers.
Students are expected to have at least a Level 1 qualification in English, which will be assessed before starting this course.
This qualification is online only so you can study at your own pace, in your own workspace. This qualification includes 190 guided learning hours.
This is a distance learning course. Assessment must meet the requirements of the identified assessment strategy/principles. All learning outcomes must be met to achieve a pass.
After successfully completing this course, you could go on to study a Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading or a Level 3 Diploma in Management.
